Shipping, Returns & Exchange

Shipping Policy

All orders are created after order submission. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Order confirmations are emailed after purchases are completed. Upon completion of order processing & shipping, the tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during check-out.

PLEASE NOTE: Items may take longer due to holidays, bad weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. **We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost, damaged, or stolen items.** However, please remember your items may be tracked using the tracking information we sent to the email you provided at check-out or account creation.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Express orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at charliejunecustom@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Customized items are not eligible for return.
